Enjoy Hanukkah by spinning a Dreiser and eating some delicious latkes (potato pancakes)
Beat two eggs in a large bowl, add shredded potatoes and 2 tablespoons of grated onion. Combine very well and sprinkle 1 tablespoon mixture of salt, pepper and flour. Mix well. Heat oil in frying pan. When oil is hot where a drop of water would sizzle, drop tablespoon sized portions of potato mixture. Once brown on bottom, flip and brown on opposite side. When both sides are a golden brown remove and place on a plate that is covered by a paper towel.
