Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Marinara
A quick, easy meal anytime is whole wheat spaghetti with marinara sauce. To make your own marinara: Cook chopped onion in olive oil. Add chopped garlic. Add stewed or fresh, chopped tomatoes, along with fresh parsley, basil, and oregano, and a bit of white wine if you like. Cook and stir until it forms a sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over al dente pasta.
