I have this interesting quandary... There are certain recipes that I've made in the past, where the first time I try making the recipe, it turns out perfect. And since I loved the dish so much the first time I'll try making it again. Then on the second try it doesn't turn out as good. What is up with this? Have any of you ever experienced this problem? It has occurred on a few occasions and I'm at a total loss as to why as I follow the same recipe, and don't recall making any changes to it. So what's going on? Can anyone shed some light/commiserate?
