I call this tofu stew. It's one of my standby recipes for a hearty winter meal. Press the tofu for a couple hours & then fry it up. Separately, saute onions, peppers and garlic, then add a veggie broth and a can of tomato soup, let it simmer to thicken, then add the tofu, and voila, tofu stew!
