My favorite honey is Blue Ridge Mountain Honey from North Carolina. They carry a few regional honeys at the local co-op, and they are so much better than Sue Bee or whatever the national brand is at most grocery stores. If you can find regional honey, indulge! Its worth the extra dollars and you're supporting a farmer!

I'm with you on that sunshinedaydream, there is nothing like quite like good quality honey. Sure, it will cost a little more, but the flavorings can be super exquisite, clover, buckwheat, orange blossom, etc. There's this one from New Zealand, I can't remember the name, but it's supposed to be THE best!
Honey's been in the food news a lot lately, telling people how important it is to eat good honey that's not mass-produced in order to get the most nutrients from it. Plus, we love bees!
