In the fall and wintertime, I love to drink hot tea, in fact I pretty much count on it to get me through blustery days and nights. I love all the different combinations that come pre-packaged in the store, but lately I've been experimenting with herbs and spices that I already have in my kitchen rather than buying the packaged varieties. I have a few on current rotation with one of them being just plain clove tea. I throw the whole cloves into a cup and pour hot water over them. Voila!...
