Serrano, jalapeno, habanero, and the list of hot peppers goes on and on. These little guys and some bigger guys, can really pack a punch to any dish, and help create layers of flavor that stimulate forgotten taste buds. If it’s your first time experimenting with roasted peppers go easy at first and be sure to wash your hands after handling them. Touching your eyes or nose directly after getting their juices on your fingers will let you know just how hot the pepper really is. Yikes!
