The earthy flavor of this rice pairs nicely with all types of meats, but it also makes a great stuffing for vegetables, such as zucchini gondolas. Use wild rice pilaf in place of regular white rice almost anywhere you’d use regular white rice and see if you don’t get hooked on its natural nutty flavor.
