Description: 

These mushrooms are made with a classic New Orleans style bordelaise sauce. Instead of wine and bone marrow as in the traditional French bordelaise, this one uses butter, garlic and parsley. Slice your mushrooms and saute them for about 6 minutes. Makes a great side dish, a sauce for angel hair pasta, or a topping for steak or chicken.

Never had this with pasta, but these are outstanding on steak. IMHO, it's not the same without them.
