Description:
For easier peeling, only use eggs at least 2 weeks old. Place them in a single layer in a large sauce pan and cover with cold water by at least 1 inch. Bring water to boil and remove from heat immediately. Cover and let eggs stand for about 15 minutes. Drain and serve warm or rinse with cold water and refrigerate.
