Description: 

The trick to fried rice is to use no more than a tablespoon of oil per cup of rice. Scramble 2 eggs before hand. In a frying pan or wok, stir-fry 4 cups of cooked rice, then add 2 tbsp soy sauce. Add eggs, green onions, peas, carrots, and mix thoroughly.
