I am not a huge fan of salad's ... but I must say that if I put balsamic vinegarate dressing on there I do actually enjoy. For years I was dressing up a salad and the result was not so healthy. But with balsamic vinegarate I really do enjoy the taste and it is super healthy :) Like almost no carbs and zero fat !!! Good stuff :

This reminds me of the salad they have at Bone Fish grill. They have an amazing house salad that is worth ordering, even if you have gotten a big meal.

I consider a salad all by itself a meal!, and with Balsamic vinegar its a hit every time!
