Description:
Melt 4 spoons of butter or margerine. Add 1 spoonfull of cornstarch diluted in 1/4 cup of water. Mix it really well on very low heat until you get a heavy cream. Pour 1 cup of milk, while mixing until everything is incorporated. Add salt and pepper and 1 cup of cream.

Baked salmon is great but not aware what the bechamel sauce is!!! Looks like a cheese or creamy type but either should be good..
