Pan Fried Chicken
Real Southern Fried Chicken is a melt-in-the-mouth favorite. The chicken is golden, tender and juicy and cooked to perfection. Start with a fresh frying chicken that has been cut into breast, wings, thighs, and legs. Add a little flour to coat it and be sure to use a cast iron pan for the real cooking touch. Shortening is a must as well. Serve your chicken with mashed potatoes and chicken gravy plus a veggie on the side.
