This contest asks who really has the best tasting sushi recipe out there and can make it so that it is kosher. Sushi has fresh fish, rice and can be done California style with the rice on the outside.
Rules:
Only fresh fish is allowed. All ingredients and foods used have to meet kosher guidelines for preparation and ingredients. California rolls must use imitation crab only which is made from ocean fish.
Recommendations:
Use the only freshest fish and for the best results, use sticky short-grained white rice to make your sushi creations.
