Boloanse w/6 different meats
Brown a pound of each ground beef, ground sausage & ground turkey in a big pot. While that is browning, in a skillet brown a pound of diced up bacon. When bacon is done, add it to meat mixture. Add a little olive oil to the bacon drippings and sweat red onion, celery & carrot. Add ½ bottle of red wine into beef mixture. When the veggies are almost done, add minced garlic, salt & pepper, rosemary & thyme. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add a small can of tomato paste to veggies and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the veggies to the beef mixture and about 2 cups of water. Then take 3-4 chicken legs and add it to the pot. Let that cook for 2 hours. Remove the legs and shred the meat off the bone, put back into pot. Chop up ½ pound of chicken liver and add it to the pot. Cook for another hour.
