Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe for Passover 
( U ).  Kosher. 

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour for Passover (corn)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
2 cups chocolate chips for Passover 

Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts

Combine kosher flour for passover. baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, mix well. Add flour gradually. Stir in oatmeal, chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
