Meat and veggies - that's one dish, right? You can add side dishes, but that's up to you.

I grew up with a Lithuanian mother and she often cooked in the old country style that included simple one-dish meals. One of my favorites was Kugela (sorry about the spelling) - grated potatoes with sauteed onion and bacon plus a little cream baked and served with applesauce and sour cream.

How about chopping leftover corned beef and combining it with diced potatoes and onions to make a tasty homemade hash. Served with or without eggs (eggs are traditional).

Oops, I accidentally clicked Nayonaise instead of Tofu Stew! Lol guess that won't win :-)

The bad news is, the Nayonaise is in last place :)
The good news is, the Tofu Stew is close to the top!

I've got a good one for you - thai basil chicken with pineapple cooked in banana leaves. Do I still have time to submit?

@Ethan - That sounds great :) At the top it says how much time is left so you can fight to the finish !!!! Currently there is 1 weeks and 5 days ... bring on the Munchie ;)

Make sure to update your Munchies to have a FULL description for preparation and ingredients if you want to win it :)
