Cholent, aka Hamin, Chunt, Tshoolnt, or otherwise known in Kabbalah:

There are many variations of this Magic Stew.
This one I made with Beef Brisket, potatos, carrots, onion, garlic, eggs, and spices.
I let it cook overnight and all day while picking at it slowly :-)
