Lamb Rib Chops
Lamb rib chops smothered in fresh garlic and grilled over an open fire make a great dinner extra special. You will need a generous number of free-range young lamb chops. Be sure to ask the butcher to "French" the rib ends. The rib chops can be marinated in a garlic and spice mix.
