A new twist on breaded fish. I pretzel crusted a beautiful piece of tilapia. Slowly sautéed it till it was golden brown. It is topped with a with a stone ground mustard, caper. and lemon butter sauce. I served it with pan roasted potatoes with caramelized shallots and bacon. I also made some honey glazed carrots.
