*Movie* Crispy Pork Belly
Hey Guys! I love crispy pork belly and I just can't seem to get enough. There is something about that crispy bacon like exterior and that melt in your mouth porky inside that I cannot resist. I have had the opportunity to try it in many restaurants and finally decided to try it myself.
This dish is:
Crispy pork belly
Cheesy polenta, with parmesan and mascarpone cheese
Balsamic Sautéed Mushrooms
Sautéed green beans with bacon and toasted almonds
I also drizzled the whole dish with a nice aged balsamic
Turned out awesome, not quite as good as some of the dishes I've tried in some of Cleveland's top restaurants, but hey who can really cook pork like Michael Symon????
