Sweet Potatoe-Mushroom Pie
Sauteè mushrooms and onions- let cool
Medium cook sweet potatoes
In a Pyrex pan first layer the sweet potatoes
Mix ricotta cheese and sour cream with the mushrooms and onions, with raw eggs and flour - I use corn flour (that's why the yellowish color), season per taste and bake till ready.
