Love spinach but never tried it in an omelet before..... Assume you have cheese on it.....for me that is a must!!!!!!

Ron- I actually did not add cheese this time, I am trying to cut-down. But yes, it is better with cheese and mushrooms.
Unfortunately I would go with the cheese before the spinach but health wise yuo are right. I have to begin to cut back but it is hard.....I'll give that a try..... Thanks
