Fire-Roasted Chilies and Grilled Flat Bread
Start with a combination of garden fresh red, yellow and orange chilies. Then, really heat up those chilies by roasting them over an open fire just until the skins char. Enhance the flavor of your flatbread by brushing on good olive oil and heat the bread over the chiles until it crisps. Now serve the peppers and flat bread with a char-grilled steak and enjoy!
