Vegetable Fried Rice
This dish is a staple in American Chinese food and is super easy to make at home. While cooking a batch of white rice, chop up some vegetables. Some of the classics are carrots, peas and green onions. Go ahead and crack some eggs, which are a good source of protein. Once the rice is done, fry it up with your favorite oil, adding the veggies and eggs with some salt and pepper to taste.
