Ceviche is fresh fish at its finest and tastiest. Loin of deep red tuna is skillfully sliced into ceviche style size. Fresh lime juice is poured over the tuna to firm it and give it a special citrus accent. Chunks of pineapple add sweetness and a certain flair to the tuna. Toasted white and black sesame seeds are sprinkle over the top. A garnish of ripe avocado adds smoothness and balance to the citrus flavored tuna.
