Grilled rib roast stuffed with kabanus and carrot
Boneless rib roast stuffed with kabanus sausage and carrots, with grilled bell peppers salsa and fresh green salad.
1. Using the sharpening iron make holes in the roast and stuff it with sausages and carrot slivers
2. Sprinkle generously with the mixed spices
3. Grill indirectly on medium heat (or bake in the oven on 175 C (350 F) for about 1.5 hours for medium rear (or use meat thermometer - you are looking for 55 C ( about 160 F)
