Grilled pineapple with coconut cream & vanilla icecream
Who said grill can't do desserts?! Check this out!
Can't go simpler than this:
1. Mix 1/2 cup sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon
2. If using fresh pineapple, peel, slice into 1/2 " (1.5 cm) slices. If using canned pineapple slices - just do nothing :D
3. Dip each slice in coconut cream, then - in sugar-cinnamon mix, and grill on a screaming hot grill 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely marked.
4. Serve with a scoop of vanilla icecream and some maple syrup or the remainings of the coconut cream drizzled on top.
