There is much debate about whether you can get all the vitamins you need from the food you consume. I for one believe that it is important to take at least a multivitamin each day in order to achieve the daily requirements your body needs. Not only has the nutrient content of our food become lower over the years, but just take into consideration what you eat on a daily basis.
If you're running late for work, and all you have time to do is grab a cup of coffee, then rush to make it to that...
