Why am Hamburger is not called a Beefberger, I will never know.

This is great way to enjoy hamburger beef. The onions and pepper are cooked until they are soft. Cook the beef until it meets your desired level. Add in the onions and peppers to the beef. Then break 1 egg into the mix and cook until the beef clumps up. Enjoy ... I love this one :)
