- Slice up fresh tomatoes into thin slices
- Power with salt on top
- Place on plate
- Heat cooking pan set to medium heat
- Crack 3 egg into a cooking pan
- Mix in the eggs,tomatoes,mushrooms,salt,pepper,parsley,cheese
- Heat and until the egg is hard on one side and then flip over
- Cook on other side until the eggs are firm to your preference
- Place on the plate and serve
